Your Role

• Manage and mentor development teams, fostering collaboration and aligning practices across Belgian sites.
• Define and implement software development standards and processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Work closely with architects to translate business needs into technical designs and oversee project execution.
• Lead Agile/Scrum-based delivery, ensuring timely completion of tasks and maintaining high standards.
• Develop coding best practices, streamline workflows, and support the integration of new technologies.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of software development experience, including API development and exposure to legacy systems.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams of 10+ developers in Agile environments.
• Experience in insurance or financial services.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), design patterns, and architecture.
• Fluent in French & English (written and spoken).
