IT Programme Director - Wealth Management firm

Are you an experienced project management professional with a strong background in digital transformation and technology implementation? We are seeking a Project Director to lead the delivery of a cutting-edge Digital Wealth Platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end implementation of the Digital Wealth Platform, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal stakeholders, vendors, and IT resources, to deliver project milestones on time and within budget.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets while maintaining a focus on quality.
  • Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to communicate progress, address challenges, and manage expectations.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, implementing contingency plans as necessary.
  • Foster teamwork and collaboration among project team members to ensure project success.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure adherence to best practices in project management.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and performance feedback to project team members.
  • Monitor and report on project performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate overall success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • 7-10 years of experience in project management, with a focus on technology implementation in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale, complex digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of wealth management processes and related technologies.
