Job Title: IT Supporter

Location: Lucerne (Hybrid)
I am working with a leading business within the transportation sector. They are seeking an IT Support Specialist to help them drive success.
You will handle requests and provide IT hardware for staff. Coordinate with 1st and 2nd level support, standardise IT hardware and software lifecycle management. As well as support and train learners while contributing to internal projects.
What You Bring:
- IT Specialist EFZ apprenticeship or similar qualification.
- Experience in IT support and working with learners.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, cloud services, and incident management.
- Fluent in German (C1) and proficient in English (B2).
- Customer-focused with strong communication skills.
