The role
As a Junior Accountant, you have a solid understanding of accounting principles and processes. Your main tasks include financial accounting, reconciliations, and analyzing balance sheet and P&L changes. You also support period closings and help prepare IFRS monthly and quarterly reports. Ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS standards is a key part of your role.
Your background
- Master's degree in Accounting & Control, Economics, Business Administration, or an international equivalent
- 2-5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role
- Proficiency in general ledger systems, preferably SAP
- Familiarity with IFRS standards and internal control guidelines is a plus
- Fluent in English, with Dutch, French, or German as an advantage
- Analytically strong
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present financial insights clearly
- Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting
