Job Responsibilities
- Lead capital-related projects and analyze capital initiatives from the business
- Support capital management activities including RBC capital business planning and forecast, as well as HKRBC Pillar 3 disclosure and internal/ external audit assurance reviews
- Conduct stress tests like ORSA and assist in reviewing capital levels and recovery plans
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive and develop RBC-related regulatory changes and business initiatives
- Lead junior team members to conduct capital initiative projects and job tasks
Job Qualifications:
- Qualified actuary with solid actuarial experience, focusing on valuation or risk
- Strong communication in Chinese and English, project management, and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability in briefing at all management levels, driving process enhancements, and strategic thinking
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving
