Job Summary

Our client is a leading life insurer offering a comprehensive range of insurance and financial services across the region. Seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join their dynamic actuarial team.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead capital-related projects and analyze capital initiatives from the business
• Support capital management activities including RBC capital business planning and forecast, as well as HKRBC Pillar 3 disclosure and internal/ external audit assurance reviews
• Conduct stress tests like ORSA and assist in reviewing capital levels and recovery plans
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive and develop RBC-related regulatory changes and business initiatives
• Lead junior team members to conduct capital initiative projects and job tasks

Job Qualifications:

• Qualified actuary with solid actuarial experience, focusing on valuation or risk
• Strong communication in Chinese and English, project management, and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders
• Proven ability in briefing at all management levels, driving process enhancements, and strategic thinking
• Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, leadership, and problem-solving
