Our client is one of the market-leading insurance companies. As a Claims Solution Architect, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing IT projects related to claims management from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement claims solutions that align with business objectives and strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers to design and implement scalable claims management systems and solutions.
- Develop and implement best practices and standards for claims process automation and integration.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements related to policy administration and claims processes and translate them into technical solutions.
- Architect and design robust, efficient, and secure claims solutions that enhance the overall claims management experience.
- Ensure integration of various claims management systems and services, including policy administration, through effective APIs and data flows.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team, fostering continuous improvement and innovation in claims solutions.
- Analyze and optimize claims system performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Work with the DevOps team to establish CI/CD pipelines for efficient deployment of claims solutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect or a Senior Software Engineer with a focus on claims management systems.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing claims solutions, with a strong understanding of the claims process and management best practices.
- Proficient in integrating claims systems with policy administration and related services.
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, microservices architecture, and enterprise application integration.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team of engineers.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
