Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review and import BDX (bordereau) data into the policy management system, ensuring accuracy.
- Coordinate with MGAs/MGUs and internal teams to track files, verify data, and resolve action items promptly.
- Manage LOC (letter of credit) requests and related processes.
- Prepare operational and management reports, including those for policy and program renewals.
- Ensure all documentation adheres to underwriting guidelines, following up on missing or incomplete information.
- Generate reports in accordance with internal guidelines.
- Provide administrative, technical, and clerical support as needed.
- Assist with claims functions to support team operations.
- Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to document processes and propose improvements.
- Develop and enforce operational policies, standards, and practices for consistency and effectiveness.
