Role & Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the Aggregation Data Team
- Manage the workflow and prioritisation, ensuring even distribution, improve efficiency and meet SLA's
- Liaise with the operations support team and manage daily queries
- Manage the teams performance of data cleansing, geo-coding of locations, and input additional risk data required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and ensure operational efficiency
Key Skills
- Team leader/management experience required
- Analytical mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Exposure Management and/or Aggregation advantageous
