Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly and professionally respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate information about our products and services.
- Address and escalate customer concerns as necessary.
- Maintain a positive and helpful demeanor with customers and colleagues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.
- Record customer interactions and transactions according to agency standards.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling.
- Cultivate strong relationships with influencers and insurance carriers.
Ideal Qualifications:
- 2 years of client servicing experience in personal insurance preferred.
- 2 years of experience in an insurance agency preferred.
- Active MA Property & Casualty License preferred.
- College degree preferred.
- Insurance Designations preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate in a team and work independently.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for assisting others.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and Ring Central phone system.
- Willingness to travel to MA office locations for training and as needed.
