Key Focus Areas
- Agile Methodology Advocacy
- Champion Agile practices across projects while adapting to the organization's hybrid project environment.
- Governance Support for Connected Care
- Ensure governance frameworks, processes, and decision-making structures are in place to effectively manage Connected Care initiatives.
- Change Management and Target Operating Model (TOM)
- Lead change management activities to enable seamless implementation of TOM initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Providing robust project management support across multiple projects to ensure their timely and successful delivery.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of procedures and standards to promote effective project management practices.
- Monitoring project timelines, budgets, and resources to determine project health and identifying any issues that may affect the project scope or timeline.
- Compiling project data and preparing reports for stakeholders to provide updates and insights into project progression.
- Facilitating collaboration across project teams and departments to ensure alignment on project objectives and outcomes.
- Assisting with risk management and mitigation planning to minimize project delays and disruptions.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in Project Management Office roles within the Insurance industry or related financial services.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and practices, particularly within change management contexts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong data-driven decision-making skills.
- Proficient in using project management tools and software to manage, track, and report on project progress.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with all project stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
