As our Programme Manager, you will be at the helm of this pivotal initiative, ensuring seamless execution while navigating the complexities of our global business.

You'll oversee every aspect of this transformative programme, from strategic planning to delivery execution, while managing diverse teams, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. What You'll Be Driving:

• End-to-End Cloud Migration: Lead the design, migration, and implementation of AWS cloud solutions for critical business operations.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with cross-functional teams, particularly Finance and Actuarial stakeholders, to address unique business needs and overcome challenges.
• Complex Budget Oversight: Manage a multi-million-dollar programme budget, ensuring accountability, transparency, and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Resource Leadership: Build and inspire high-performing teams across IT, business units, and vendor partners.
• Risk & Change Management: Navigate risks and interdependencies to deliver the programme on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.
