Project Manager
We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager with Financial Services industry experience who has experience managing regulatory and reporting projects.
As a Project Manager, you will drive business and technology change to align with strategic initiatives. You'll oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring, ensuring delivery within time, cost, and quality parameters. Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, solution architects, business analysts, and change managers, to achieve successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead digital projects across business, IT, and infrastructure teams, including internal, outsourced, or third-party vendors.
- Manage project delivery autonomously, ensuring progress and resolving issues.
- Work in a virtual/remote environment, utilising strong project management skills.
- Deliver projects using waterfall, agile, or iterative methodologies.
- Optimise outcomes with globally distributed teams, focusing on collaboration and motivation.
- Manage IT partner/supplier relationships and contribute to portfolio management.
Required Skills:
- Experience delivering full life-cycle technology and business change projects.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project) and methodologies.
- Experience in financial services (Insurance, Credit/Loan provision, Payments).
- Proven ability to manage high-quality change and motivate teams to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and meeting management skills.
