On behalf of our esteemed client in the Insurance industry, we are seeking a dedicated and results-oriented individual to fill the role of Property Broker/Producer with a specialization in Wholesale Broker and Excess & Surplus practices.
Role & Responsibilities
- Evaluate property records and the adequacy of coverages in existing policies, proposing necessary amendments or new products to enhance client satisfaction and coverage effectiveness.
- Develop, grow, and manage relationships with clients in the Excess & Surplus lines market to build a strong client base and maintain a steady influx of business opportunities.
- Broker and negotiate contracts between clients and insurers, ensuring optimum terms are achieved for both parties.
- Stay updated with current industry trends and market conditions, impacting the Wholesale Broker sector and effectively convey this information to both clients and team members.
- Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance guidelines relating to property broking and Excess & Surplus insurance practices.
Key Skills
- Profound knowledge of Excess & Surplus insurance lines with a strong focus on property divisions.
- Extensive experience in Wholesale Broking, with demonstrable success in negotiating and placing complex insurance programs.
