Recruitment Manager - London Hybrid

We are currently seeking a Recruitment Manager to spearhead the recruitment efforts for our esteemed broking client in the UK. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the talent acquisition strategy for a dynamic organization. This role will be the first internal recruitment position for our client therefore you will be setting up the end to end recruitment process for both the UK and Ireland while also helping design the processes in their Workday systems.

The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for our broking client. This role requires a deep understanding of the broking industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

- Design and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy tailored to the needs of the business.

- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies.

Talent Acquisition:

- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection.

- Utilise various sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, and networking, to attract high-quality candidates.

Stakeholder Management:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on best practices.

- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on recruitment goals.

Performance Metrics:

- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

- Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management on recruitment progress and outcomes.

Compliance and Best Practices:

- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant laws and regulations.

- Stay updated on industry best practices and incorporate them into the recruitment process.
