Mixed Reserving/Capital Actuary
I am currently partnered with a global P&I insurer on a mixed reserving/capital role covering multiple business lines.
They are ideally seeking a qualified actuary with previous experience in Reserving, however, they are open to a non-life consultancy background as well.
Some of the responsibilities include:
- Calculation of the quarterly reserving process including data collation and validation, actuarial modelling, results analysis, and report preparation
- Provide data analytical support and guidance to business users (primary UW and Claims) - understanding business needs, developing reports, providing user training.
- Supporting the finance department in business data modelling (A vs E analysis)
