Reward Manager, APAC - Insurance
Client Overview:
Our esteemed client in the Insurance industry is seeking a dedicated and experienced Reward Manager for their Asia Pacific operations. This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing employee benefits and wellness programs across diverse geographical regions.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic reward policies that align with company's overall business goals and regional compliance.
- Manage end-to-end processes for employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Provide expert Human Resources advice related to compensation and benefits, ensuring equitable employee treatment across all levels.
- Analyze market trends and benchmark data to maintain competitive compensation packages.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external providers to enhance the effectiveness of current benefits offerings.
- Oversee employee recognition programs and initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.
- Lead regular reviews of policies and processes, making recommendations for improvement based on analytics and employee feedback.

- Profound knowledge and demonstrated experience in Human Resources management, specifically within compensation and benefits.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with internal teams and external partners.
- Capacity to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Sound understanding of the regulatory and compliance landscape in the Asia Pacific region regarding employee benefits.

- Over 8 - 10 years of relevant and progressively more responsible work experience in a similar Experience working in complex cross-functional or geographically dispersed teams to jointly deliver transformations outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and trust with key stakeholders in order to positively influence decisions and actions.
- Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; strong presentation and project management skills.
- Acts with integrity, confidence, and accountability at all times. Deals assertively with all key stakeholders of Talent Management, HRBP, and business managers.
- Strong knowledge of the local regulatory environment for each market within the region.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Human Resources or Business Administration)
- Exceptional analytical skills (Excel, PowerBI)
- Prior experience of working on Job Architecture
