Position: Field Life Insurance Agent (Sales)
Location: Ohio (Must Live In Ohio)

Reports to: Manager
Salary: $40,000 Base + Very Generous Commission Structure
Working a Hybrid Model, (Working from home and out on the field)

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop referral and networking sources that provide business opportunities in the personal life insurance and retirement planning markets as well as value-added referrals

Educates and counsels existing and prospective clients regarding the various life insurance and retirement planning options available, thereby facilitating informed client decisions regarding personal, family, and business financial security needs

Establishes ongoing consultative relationships with clients to ensure their life insurance and retirement planning needs are periodically reviewed and updated to meet changing situations

Establishes and continuously maintains an understanding of the concepts and products available to meet client needs and capitalize on available opportunities
