PERMANENT REQUIREMENT - SALESFORCE TRAINER
LOCATION - REMOTE OR HYBRID OPTIONS AVAILABLE

I am working with a growing organisation in the charity sector who are seeking an experienced Salesforce Trainer to join their organisation on a permanent basis with an excellent salary package on offer.
You will need to be Salesforce Administrator certified and of had previous experience delivering training to groups of people, including those who are non-technical both online and in person.
Responsibilities include:
- When requests are received you are solely responsible for booking in training sessions with customers who require support.
- You will need to create relationships with colleagues across the business to understand & identify where additional internal coaching may be needed
- Communicate with customers any new developments of the system
- Monitor levels of customer satisfaction via evaluation forms and use this to highlight potential areas of improvement within our training offering
- Take ownership of all training materials and take part in system user group meetings
You will need to hold either a British passport or ILR Visa for this role.
