About the Role

As part of the Decision Support Team (Modeling and Analytics) in Paris, your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing technical and strategic CAT risk management and modeling support.
• Offering a deep understanding of CAT modeling results, assumptions, and limitations.
• Enhancing analytical processes to improve efficiency and deliver better outcomes for clients.
• Engage with brokers and insurers to initiate discussions and provide analytical expertise.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and reinsurers.
• Effectively communicating analytical insights to diverse audiences.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and French.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
• Experience using CAT modeling tools (RMS, Verisk).
• Machine learning experience (preferred).
