Oliver James are working with a Global Insurance company who are going through a large growth phase and are looking to add a Senior Customer Propositions Manager to their team.
The role focuses on integrating the global insurance client proposition and expanding into the UK Individual Protection and Employee Benefits sectors. It drives the full delivery of the Ireland market entry, from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute propositions aligned with the company Strategy
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities.
- Collaborate with the UK Marketing team to create marketing materials and approve local plans.
- Build relationships with distribution partners and provide tailored solutions.
- Analyse proposition performance and recommend improvements.
- Support management across sales, operations, claims, and underwriting.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of customer behaviour, needs, and preferences.
- Ability to align propositions with business objectives and strategy.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, IT, product).
- Analytic skills to assess and adapt propositions based on data.
- Effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
