Responsibilities:
- Help with accounting and reporting for investment funds, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and agreements.
- Maintain the general ledger and work with the Operations Team to automate entries.
- Prepare schedules for capital allocations and incentive fees.
- Assist with quarterly investor reports and answer investor questions.
- Support capital calls and distributions, working with other teams.
- Provide regular fund and business reports to leadership.
- Help prepare financial statements and assist with audits.
- Assist with various ad-hoc projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
- CPA designation strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in fund accounting, private equity, hedge funds, or a similar field.
- Public accounting experience in financial services is a plus.
