Senior Operational Risk Analyst

Our client, a leading P&C insurance company, is seeking a Senior Operational Risk Analyst to join their Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a team of risk professionals dedicated to enhancing the company's risk management framework.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare meeting agendas, develop materials, and draft minutes for risk committees.
• Create presentations and dashboards using Archer GRC and Power BI.
• Maintain the central repository for risk policies, charters, and committee materials.
• Support the implementation of Model Risk and Operational Risk modules in Archer.
• Collaborate with Compliance and Audit teams to align risk and control assessments.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or audit.
• Proficiency with Archer GRC and Power BI is required
• Strong project management, communication, and organizational skills.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.
