A leading specialty technology insurance platform operating across the US, is seeking a Senior Outsourcing and Partner Manager to join their rapidly growing team. This client is privately held and backed by a major Asset Manager. With their high growth model, they have become key players in the insurance space and have a cutting edge investment strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing business that is going through transformations, integrations, and innovations.

Location: Remote

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing and building relationships with service providers
• Service provider management
• Contract negotiations and vendor management
• Compliance and risk management for the vendor partnerships and outsourcing
• Working with internal and external stakeholders
• Working closely with leadership (role reports to CFO and COS)

Experience and Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Insurance experience not a required
• 10+ years of experience in financial operations, and vendor management
• Experience setting up and negotiating an outsourcing contract and selecting vendors

Salary: $180K - $200K base + bonus
