Your Role

• Lead an agile development team, overseeing personnel, technical, and organisational aspects.
• Drive progress in our agile environment, which follows the SAFe framework, contributing to continuous improvement.
• Organize and moderate Scrum activities, such as Daily Scrums and Retrospectives, while identifying and addressing challenges.
• Collaborate closely with other agile development teams and stakeholders.

Your Background

• Degree in electronics, computer science, or a related field.
• Very good experience in C# development with very good knowledge of MS-SQL
• Strong background in project management and problem-solving.
• Solid understanding of Scrum methodology, agile principles, and development processes.
• Proficiency in German and English (spoken and written).
• Initiative, strong implementation skills, and a drive for innovation.
