Responsibilities
- Develop and implement structuring strategies to maximise the value add of ERMs on the balance sheet
- Design appropriate structuring solutions for a mortgage portfolio
- Build a team and develop junior members of the team
- Maintain expert knowledge and understanding of the Equity Release Mortgages and relevant SII regulations
Requirements
FIA qualified (5-8 years)
- Experience within the insurance sector
- Significant experience in a financial institution putting together and executing financial transactions.
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and ability to simplify complex topics for delivery to different audiences
- Knowledge of insurer's financial balance sheets is preferable (including insurance/reinsurance or banking.
- Familiarity with the regulation of financial institutions (Solvency II).
