Our Financial Services client is seeking to hire a Senior Transfer Agency Analyst to join their stable team in North County Dublin.

The function of this role is to provide support to the Transfer Agency department and to assist the Team Supervisor in the day to day operations and deliveries of the team. The role also involves training junior members of staff and ensuring that their work is performed to a high standard and in accordance with the policy and procedures of the Department.

Core Responsibilities

• Support and validate work of Transfer Agency Administrators in their daily function
• Preparation and processing of transactions
• Review a wide range of financial transactions relating to the shareholder registers including:
• Subscriptions
• Redemptions
• Switching
• Transfers
• Dealing Commissions and Anti-Dilution Levy Charges
• Check NAV's, Hurdles & Distributions
• Ensure delivery of contract notes and reporting of statements is in line with Prospectus, Ops Memo and SLA
• Review payments, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner and that they are formatted correctly
• Check that all outstanding cash reconciliation items are resolved
• Ensure all client queries are addressed
• Run Performance fee period end processes on TA system, as advised by the Supervisor
• Assist the Supervisor in the training of new administrators to the team
• Assist with Audit Queries
• Project work
• Assist and contribute on Disaster Recovery

Essential Key Requirements

• At least 2 years fund industry knowledge, including knowledge of hedge funds
• Previous experience within an Transfer Agency department is essential
• A good understanding of hedge fund structures
• Previous experience with performance fees
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in working to tight deadlines
