Senior BA - Process improvement

I am currently working with a London market acquirer and re-insurer who has seen exceptional growth over a 4-years resulting in additional headcount across the business for both their EU and US operations. This role hold responsibility for completing assessments, validation and documentation of the Target Operating Model (TOM) across new acquisitions and change initiatives. Analysing and documenting end-to-end processes and working with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement. You will take an active role in the delivery and achievement of Group goals and contribute to continuous of business analysis processes and methods. This role will be working with a range of stakeholders including the senior leadership team.
Key responsibilities and competencies
- Asses Target Operating Model (TOM) for new acquisitions and change initiatives including validation and documentation.
- Document end-to-end processes across operational entities, working with numerous stakeholders on opportunities for process improvement
- Assist in the delivery and achievement of Group company goals but documenting and maintain the end-to-end view of key processes which generate appropriate business insights
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis processes and methods
- An awareness of the Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) Strategy
- Data Protection legislation, including the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)
