Our client is a reputable financial services firm, looking for a Senior Manager, Solution Architect to be a part of their wider regional team, reporting to a Head of Architecture.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead Architecture function, frameworks, and methodologies for the Asia business.
- Develop Current State, Target State Architectures, and IT Roadmaps annually for Regional Office and LBUs.
- Oversee Architecture practices and Technical Solution designs to optimize investments and ensure alignment with business strategies.
- Create architecture templates and Reference Architectures for Applications, Data, and Integration domains.
- Drive Cloud Adoption across their Regional and Local office, develop Regional Cloud and operational model.
- Manage end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring adoption and compliance with LBUs.
- Support detailed project planning, risk assessment, and solution acceptance activities.
- Collaborate with LBUs on regulatory approvals, vendor management, and Infrastructure Operations.
- Ensure consistency and reusability of solutions across LBUs, review vendor outputs, and manage SLAs and incident responses.
Requirements:
- At least 8 years+ of experience in a technical role covering project implementation, solution delivery, solution architecture, system development and integration
- Has experience in architectural practice and governance, with strong knowledge in architecture functions, principles, best practices, and all architecture domains covering Business System, Data, Infrastructure and Security
- Provide experience in Financial and/ or Insurance Serviced industry
- Possess strong knowledge and acumen in one or more asreas such as Cloud Infra, Cloud-native solutions, Enterprise PaaS/ Saas platforms, multi-tenancy platforms, Advanced Analytics, API management and orchestration Web Applications and Mobile Application
- Great team player while having a strong problem solving skills
