We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau Reporting Specialist with a strong background in data analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate will have recent experience in developing and managing Tableau dashboards and reports, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for turning data into actionable insights. This position requires fluency in French and Dutch, or at least a solid understanding of the other language.

• Develop and Maintain Tableau Dashboards: Design, build, and maintain interactive and visually compelling Tableau dashboards to support business decision-making processes.
• Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends. Provide detailed reports and data visualizations to stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements.
• Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular data audits and validations.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on Tableau and data visualization best practices.
• Documentation: Document processes, methodologies, and data definitions to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.

• Experience: Recent hands-on experience in Tableau reporting and data visualization.
• Languages: Fluency in French and Dutch, or strong proficiency in one with a solid understanding of the other.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in Tableau, including advanced dashboard development and data source integration.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience with database management.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and Dutch.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
