I am currently working with a client of mine in the tech industry that are looking to hire a Talent Acquisition partner on a contract basis initially. The role will sit in the TA team and the overall ops function of the business.
The ideal candidate will have several years experience in the following areas.
> Working directly with senior leaders in a business to build talent pipelines.
> Build sourcing strategies and plans that focus on quality and diversity.
> Create and implement recruiting strategies that impact across the business.
> Demonstrate success in sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
The successful candidate will be working as part of a thriving tech company in Dublin and will be instrumental in the further growth of the business.
