Oliver James has partnered with a leading Financial Services client based in Dublin who are seeking a Product Development Manager (Team Lead) to join their rapidly growing team on a permanent basis.
The primary responsibility of this role is to design and develop the qualitative aspect of the product department. You will be supporting Heads of various departments in building a product department that fosters a culture of excellence.
Requirements:
- Life insurance or asset management experience required
- Law/Business/Finance degree or APA/QFA required
- 5+ years experience in Product development/management within life insurance
- Knowledge of customer protection requirements for life insurance and an understanding of the financial regulations within the European market
The role:
- Perm role - Hybrid model - 2 days on site per week in South Dublin
