I am looking for a System Analyst / Tech Lead for an insurance client to handle the Mobile app and Web app project. This team is a stable and flexible team with excellent culture. This company offers 2 days WFH per week, and work-life balance for the candidates.

System Analyst / Tech Lead need to have a strong coding experience in Java and ReactJS, specifically for Web App within the insurance industry. The right candidate should have an understanding of the architecture and ability to explain the workflow to senior stakeholders

Role:

• Develop and maintain web applications using Java and ReactJS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design solutions.
• Conduct system analysis to ensure applications meet performance and security standards.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on system architecture.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders to explain technical concepts and project progress.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in Java and ReactJS development.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and design principles.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English is a must
