Oliver James has partnered with a leading Financial Services client who are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join their growing team on an initial 6 month day rate contract.

You will be working on activities such as:

  • Collating, analysing, and documenting clear business requirements for change requests, ensuring that business benefits are clearly articulated to support organisational approval.

  • Creating clear and concise user stories with acceptance criteria, working closely with technical colleagues to facilitate effective solution design.

  • Conducting process mapping and re-engineering, ensuring compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.

Ideal candidates will have the following:

  • Over 5 years of experience in Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering, particularly in network infrastructure and security, with an emphasis on access setup requirements, firewall protocols, and network protocols.
  • Extensive background in Financial Services, with a specific focus on Retail Banking, is highly desirable.
  • Proven expertise in operational and technology process analysis and design, specialising in external access management and network security.

The role:

- Dublin city based - very flexible working model

- Long term contract opportunity - initial 6 month day rate

- April start date.
