The Company seeks a motivated individual to join the Shareholder Services team, focused on onboarding clients for private equity funds. The role involves managing the entire client onboarding process, handling a diverse client base (institutional clients, pension funds, high-net-worth individuals, and family offices), and ensuring adherence to policies. Strong multitasking, communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail are essential.

This role offers opportunities for growth in a dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in evolving internal processes and contributing to the team's development.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for investors, fostering relationships.
  • Assist with client onboarding and quality checks.
  • Review FATCA/CRS documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Manage relationships with clients, General Partners, and stakeholders.
  • Proactively address and resolve service issues.
  • Coordinate across international offices.
  • Support team performance to meet internal KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum 2.2 honors.
