Our client, a reputable entity in the Insurance industry, is looking for two (2) experienced User Experience (UX) Designers to join their Information Technology department on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity to play a critical role in shaping the user experience for industry-leading operations projects.
Requirements
- Proficiency with tools: Figma, Sketch, InVision, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and other design/ prototyping tools.
- Ability to visualize the problem in sketches, illustrations or conceptual diagrams
- Ability to translate research findings into actionable insights that tangibly show business value
- Ability to find insights, patterns, trends and commonalities on research findings and data
Main Responsibilities
- End to end ownership of Customer Experience initiative supporting key business programs
- Participate, facilitate and deliver research delivery on user groups such as Advisors or Clients to drive better insights for design execution
- Use wireframes, prototypes, service design blue prints, mocks to communicate interaction and design ideas
- Leverage data /insights to inform business requirements and use cases for CX initiatives and to support local change management / adoption as platform solutions come onboard
Other Responsibilities
- Ensure deliverables and systems comply with all applicable standards and guidelines
- Perform other responsibilities and duties assigned by managers to meet business objectives
- Proactively get updated of the latest digital implementation and drives for implementation
- Ensure team members who perform regulated activities have obtained the relevant licenses and fulfilled the licensing requirements
