We're looking for a dynamic legal professional to join our Asia Equities team as a Vice President or Executive Director. In this role, you'll work closely with our trading and client financing desks, supporting a wide range of exciting products including equity OTC derivatives, corporate equity solutions, structured equity-linked products, and cash equities.

What You'll Do:

• Act as a trusted legal advisor to the Equities and Client Financing Solutions teams.

• Review and draft term sheets, transaction documents, and pitch materials for structured equity transactions across Asia.

• Provide legal guidance on products, transactions, and strategic initiatives.

• Support the team with legal advice on unique and time-sensitive matters as they arise.

• Advise on key lifecycle events and unexpected developments impacting trades and client relationships.

• Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring market and regulatory changes, and guiding the business through necessary adjustments.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 8 PQE in equity derivatives or structured products obtained in an international law firm and/or investment bank.

• Team player with flexible and agile approach to work, proactive and detail oriented.

• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• A confident communicator who can simplify complex legal topics for business stakeholders.
