Oliver James are exclusively hiring for 13x Workday Finance specialist roles. We're looking for 2x Order-to-Cash (O2C) specialists to support a high-profile Workday Finance transformation for a leading consulting firm. You'll play a key role in optimising O2C processes, ensuring seamless integration across finance functions.

Role Overview:

• Lead and support Workday O2C implementations, covering billing, collections, and revenue recognition.
• Work closely with stakeholders to optimise processes and system configurations.
• Provide expertise in Workday Finance, ensuring smooth end-to-end workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance automation and reporting.
• Support testing, training, and post-go-live stabilisation.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience delivering Workday OTC solutions within a finance transformation.
• Strong understanding of billing, AR, revenue management and related integrations.
• Background in consulting or large-scale system implementation preferred.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and drive best practices.
