This role can be fully remote, and offers a salary of up to $110,000 depending on current experience level, as well as a competitive benefits package.

The Workers Compensation Coverage Specialist will oversee Workers' Compensation no-coverage claims, working with legal teams to assess and resolve cases.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and resolve no-coverage claims within authority.

• Communicate decisions clearly to insureds and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with legal counsel on strategy and litigation management.

• Negotiate settlements and ensure timely case closure.

• Provide supervision and mentorship to claims technicians.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• TX or FL adjusters license.

• 5+ years of Workers' Compensation claims experience with heavy litigated caseload.

• Strong communication and decision-making skills.

• Experience with coverage analysis and multi-state claims is a plus.
