Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage tax strategies within the realms of Asset Management & investments and company Mergers & Acquisitions.
• Ensure compliance with all corporate, payroll, and other applicable taxes.
• Develop tax planning strategies and analyses for various transactions and acquisitions.
• Maintain current knowledge of tax laws and updates specific to the Asset Management & Insurance industry.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance departments to streamline tax processes and practices.
• Prepare accurate quarterly and annual tax reports.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to team members ensuring professional development and efficiency in the tax department.
