Role and Responsibilities

• Lead the structuring, placement, and negotiation of both Casualty and Property Treaty reinsurance for clients.
• Maintain strong market relationships with clients and reinsurers to optimize treaty terms and conditions.
• Collaborate with actuaries, underwriters, and claims analysts to assess risk and tailor reinsurance contracts to client needs.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to junior brokers and technical staff within the team.
