Business Analyst - IT Simplification

Our client, a prestigious entity in the Legal industry, is seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in IT Simplification to join their Change Management team. This is a contract position where the successful candidate will play a critical role in enhancing our client's organizational processes through simplification and improving efficiency of their IT systems.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Modern workplace PM (OneDrive & Mobile)

  Required

  - Experience in rolling out OneDrive and delivering projects on mobile devices

  - Extensive Microsoft stack knowledge including Intune, OneDrive, autopilot and there use on mobile devices

  - Experience in deploying these technologies globally

  - W11 and M365 knowledge and experience of deployment

  Preferable

  - Legal or professional service experience

• Modern workplace BA (One Drive & Mobile)

  Required

  - Experience in gathering requirements and completing analysis to support solution design

  - Experience in rolling out OneDrive and delivering projects related to mobile experience in the Microsoft environment

  - Extensive Microsoft stack knowledge including Intune, OneDrive, autopilot and there use on mobile devices

  - Experience in co-ordinating the deployment of new devices across multiple sites globally

  - W11 and M365 knowledge and experience of deployment
