Oliver James have partnered with a leading Financial Services client in Dublin City who are seeking an experienced Business Analyst within the Mortgages, Lending/Loans space to join their growing team on a rolling 6 month day rate contract.
Our client is going through a significant transformation period and require a strong BA coming from Retail/Corporate banking - any exposure with T24/Ncino is highly desirable.
The role:
- Initial 6 month day rate (rolling basis) - Competitive rate on offer (DOE)
- 2 days on site per week required in Dublin City.
Snapshot Overview of responsibilities:
- Improve business processes and develop optimisation strategies.
- Lead process reviews and stay updated on IT advancements.
- Communicate findings and manage project deliverables.
- Work flow loan fulfilment and life cycle management
- Guide junior staff and allocate resources effectively.
- Perform user testing and maintain process documentation.
