Our client, a global law firm is seeking a seasoned Change Manager to join their Transformation team on a permanent basis. The firm have recently implemented AI tooling and are looking to expand their AI capabilities by adding additional tooling.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience working in the legal sector and/ or other professional services

• Experience working on AI project/ indicatives

• Experience leading on large transformation projects

• Experience with Agile and PRINCE metholodies

• Experience across the whole project lifecycle including scoping, scheduling, costing, resourcing, change, communications, quality, risk and project closure

• Excellent people skills with a track record of establishing and maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
