We are seeking an experienced Solution Analyst to join our team and support the Solution Lead on our ERP transformation program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Solution Lead in collaborating with the Functional Team and the Technical Team to achieve desired business results.
- Develop user stories to advance the solution delivery process.
- Gather and integrate functional, business, and stakeholder requirements to create user stories.
- Outline and document the scope of business needs for the new solution, translating them into functional and technical requirements and documentation.
- Ensure that requirements align with actual business needs and receive approval from all pertinent stakeholders.
- Partner with Functional and SI teams to define comprehensive business processes and requirements for a ready-to-use solution design.
- Identify and establish connections between end-to-end business processes and user stories, ensuring effective integration.
- Collaborate with Functional and SI teams to manage risks and play a critical role in solution design, development, testing, training, UAT, data migration, and transition activities.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of professional experience as an IT/System/Business Analyst or in a comparable role.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of Source-to-Settle, Supply Chain Management, Collaboration, Replenishment Planning, Self-Service, Inventory Management, and Supplier Qualification.
- Experience and solid knowledge of large-scale ERP, digital, and IT delivery in a cloud environment.
- Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration and solution delivery.
