Job Summary:
Join a leading energy company as a Senior Business Solution Analyst. Drive digital transformation and sustainable solutions in procurement, enhancing business outcomes through collaboration and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Solution Lead, Functional Team, and Technical Team to achieve business objectives.
• Formulate user stories and translate business requirements into functional/technical documentation.
• Ensure requirements align with business needs and gain stakeholder approval.
• Shape end-to-end business processes and requirements for solution design.
• Identify interdependencies between business processes and user stories.
• Manage solution design, development, testing, training, UAT, data migration, and cutover activities.

Job Requirements:

• 4-6 years of professional experience as an IT/system/business analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Source-to-Settle, Supply Chain Management, Replenishment Planning, Inventory Management, and Supplier Qualification.
• Experience with large-scale ERP/Digital/IT delivery in cloud environments.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration and solution delivery experience.
• Excellent communication skills to convey business needs to technology teams.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and analytical skills.
