Reporting into the Chief Actuary for Specialty Insurance, this business is looking for a Head of Actuarial to join their Specialty Insurance team, with a focus on their Professional Lines book. Working across Financial Lines, Cyber, E&O, D&O, Employment Liability etc, this person will lead a team of 5 in managing the pricing and reserving responsibilities. This role will have a equal split across pricing and reserving, and is a highly visible role, meaning this person should be very comfortable with C suite interaction.
Location: Hybrid 3 days in office from NYC, NJ, IL or VA
About you:
- Pricing & Reserving experience within P&C lines of business
- FCAS credentialled
- Management experience
- Strong experience in Professional Lines - min 5 years
- 10 + years of experience
