For a leading and international Insurance Company i'm looking for a Insurance Strategy Consultant.
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying opportunities and levers to achieve operational expense optimization and cost savings
- Collecting and analyzing business data to support decision-making.
- Designing and implementing global initiatives, also leveraging on central competences and Group best practices
- Monitoring and overseeing the implementation of local and Group-wide projects/ initiatives
- Successfully engaging across the organization, and driving workstreams with minimal supervision
- Leveraging and guiding internal business units in approaches to problem-solving, communication, modeling, ...
- Leading cross function and cross geography teams to secure implementation of initiatives
- Collaborating with executive team members at Group and local BU levels to determine and prioritize strategic initiatives
- Assisting in the development of presentation materials for board meetings and executive
Requirements:
- Degree in fields such as Economics and Engineering
- Strong learning agility and problem-solving skills, with strong quantitative background
- 2+ years of experience in operations in the Financial Services industry or experience in top tier consultancy firms
- Italian and Fluent English are minimum requirements, additional languages (e.g., French, German) will be considered a plus
- Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision and with ownership and accountability for project deliverables
- Track record in managing multiple stakeholders in international contexts
