The Scrum Master is essential in fostering high-performing teams by supporting product delivery through a strong grasp of Agile principles and team dynamics. They guide the team in agile practices, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, and protect the team from external disruptions.

The role:

This role requires min 4 years experience as a Scrum master within Insurance or FS/Banking.
