Project: global ERP consolidation and implementation project.
Technical details: any ERP system (SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the transformation of Client's ERP systems to a unified global instance.
- Develop and implement transformation strategies aligned with company goals.
- Manage project teams and oversee the ERP system rollout globally.
- Prioritize process re-engineering for maximum ROI.
- Define and implement technology architecture, including ERP, WMS, HRMS, and analytics.
- Lead the establishment of the process operating model.
- Manage organizational change and communication strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of senior management experience and successful track record of driving a complex technology transformation initiatives
- Proven track record in organizational transformation and ERP implementation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
Preferred Criteria:
- Knowledge of AI, automation, and Agile methodologies.
- PM or Agile Scrum Master certifications.
- Experience in manufacturing or B2B industry.
Economic Dimensions:
- Develop financial plans and forecasts for ERP project and transformation initiatives.
- Responsible for budget allocation and cost categorization.
Country/Cluster Specific Information:
- Oversee ERP rollout across eight global locations.
- Ensure uninterrupted business operations through effective ERP implementation.
