Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years in a relevant field.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
- Experience in the insurance sector is a must
- With prior knowledge in POS or agency related platform is required
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing software development teams.
- Deep knowledge of software engineering principles and best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.
- Robust communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid experience in Java, J2EE, Kubernetes, Docker, preferably on AWS; strong understanding of collections frameworks and their application in Java development.
